Instructions
  1. Heat the water: Fill the lower chamber of your Moka pot with fresh water up to the safety valve line.
  2. Grind the beans: Using a burr grinder (or pre-ground if the seas are rough), grind 18–20g of Skipper Amelia Gaoth’s Espresso Blend to a fine consistency.
  3. Load the filter basket: Fill evenly with the grounds, leveling off without pressing down too firmly.
  4. Assemble & brew: Attach the top chamber, place on the galley stove over medium flame, and allow pressure to build. Within 4–5 minutes, the rich, bold espresso will begin to fill the top chamber.
  5. Remove from heat: Once the gurgling slows, take the pot off the flame to avoid bitterness.
  6. Serve & savor: Pour into small mugs. Add sugar or cream if desired, though the blend shines beautifully on its own.
