Instructions
  1. Cook and season the chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  3. Remove from the skillet, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice or shred the chicken.
  4. Warm the wraps (optional): Place tortillas or pitas on a dry skillet over medium heat for about 20–30 seconds per side, or microwave them for 10–15 seconds. This makes them easier to fold.
  5. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Assemble the wraps: Lay one tortilla (or pita) flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 cup of the chicken Caesar mixture into the center.
  7. Wrap it up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling. If using pita, simply fold it in half or stuff the pocket.
  8. Serve: Slice the wrap in half on a diagonal, if desired, and serve immediately. They can also be wrapped in foil or parchment for an easy grab-and-go meal.
