Prepare the Pork Chops: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Brush pork chops lightly with olive oil. Season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Grill the Pork Chops: Place pork chops on the grill and cook for 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness. During the last 3–4 minutes, brush generously with Bullseye BBQ sauce, flipping once to glaze both sides. Pork is done when the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest: Remove pork chops from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes to keep them juicy.
Serve: Plate BBQ pork chops alongside the roasted sweet potatoes. Serve extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
