Instructions
Prepare the Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates using a paper towel dipped in olive oil.
Form the Burgers: In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 4 equal patties, pressing a small dimple into the center of each to prevent puffing.
Grill the Burgers: Place patties on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, flipping once. During the last 2–3 minutes, brush generously with Bullseye BBQ sauce, flipping once to glaze both sides. Add cheese during the final minute if using.
Rest: Remove burgers from the grill and let rest for 3–5 minutes to retain juices.
Serve: Serve burgers on gluten-free buns or bunless with extra BBQ sauce on the side. Pair with the fresh salad for a balanced, crowd-pleasing meal.
