Working quickly, mix dray ingredients into the wet ingredients. If too wet to handle, add a little more flour. work into 2 bread balls.
Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet, or use an oiled cast iron frying pan.
Cut an X about 1/2 inch deep into the top of each.
Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 375.
Lower heat to 350 F and continue baking 20 to 25 minutes.
